BIOGRAPHY Justin Hall is a writer and experience designer. He worked to explain himself to the web for eleven years on “Justin’s Links from the Underground.” His freelance writing on videogames has appeared in the New York Times, Rolling Stone, and the South China Morning Post. Justin wrote the first videogame reviews to appear in Yoga Journal and Scuba Diving Magazine. Between 1999 and 2001, Justin served as Director of Innovation for a gaming portal Gamers.com. He moved to Japan for eighteen months until 2003, searching for the first massively multiplayer mobile phone games. In 2005, he began work as a digital culture researcher with the Creative Artists Agency. In 2004, Justin enrolled as a M.F.A. candidate in the USC Film School’s Interactive Media Division. His thesis project, “Passively Multiplayer Online Games” (PMOG), is a lightweight role-playing game layered on top of web surfing. He graduates in May 2007. SESSIONS FOR THIS AUTHOR |
