This presentation is about the Interactive Narratives for Professional Learning (INPL) project. INPL was designed as a low-tech process to get educational leadership students to build, test, and distribute interactive problem-based learning scenarios. INPL was developed to provide an opportunity for leadership students to gain experience negotiating the complex domains in which they apply the theories and techniques learned in leadership classes. The research group will discuss the process used to scaffold the INPL process, share the resulting scenarios, and review the lessons learned from the participant-driven design process.
