In this conversation, Bonnie Nardi, Matt Gaydos, and Linda Polin will discuss issues raised in Bonnie Nardi’s forthcoming book (My Life as a Night Elf Priest: An Anthropological Account of World of Warcraft) based on chapters 8 and 9 which explore issues of gender and culture in World of Warcraft. The book reports Bonnie’s ethnographic study of World of Warcraft which included a month of research in China as well as extensive research in North America.
