Tom Caswell

Biography

Tom Caswell is eduCommons Project Manager for the OpenCourseWare Consortium. He has done related work at the Center for Open and Sustainable Learning at Utah State University. Tom is a fourth year doctoral student in instructional technology and learning sciences. In addition to Web 2.0 tools and OpenCourseWare, Tom also gets excited about mobile learning, especially location-based games. He has also consulted for Creative Commons and Microsoft E-Learning.
