Ralph Vacca
Biography
Ralph Vacca is the co-founder and chief learning architect at Kognito Interactive, an interactive learning company in New York City. He is responsible for the underlying instructional theory underlying Kognito’s simulation platform.
Mr. Vacca has worked closely with organizations such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts, FujiFilm U.S.A and the NYC Office of Emergency Management to craft engaging interactive learning experiences that allow learners to practice and build experience in risk-free environments so they can better perform in real-life situations.
Ralph has been featured in the Village Voice as a successful learning and technology entrepreneur, was featured in The Online Learning Idea Book, and is a regular speaker and panel member at various prominent e-learning conferences.
Mr. Vacca graduated with a BBA in Entrepreneurship Management from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College/CUNY and completed extensive work as part of a doctoral program in educational psychology.
