Azadeh Jamalian
Biography

Azadeh Jamalian is a graduate student in instructional technology and media at Teachers College, Columbia University. Her research interests include educational game design, motivation, and creativity. Currently, she is a researcher and developer for the LIT and Advance! game research groups. In addition, she works as a systems usability specialist at Columbia’s Center for New Media for Teaching and Learning. Azadeh has a bachelor's in Systems Engineering from Simon Fraser University. In the past, she has tutored students with and without disabilities in STEM subjects. She has also worked as a quality assurance engineer at Broadcom Corporation, specializing in chip solution design.
