David Phelps

Biography

David Phelps is a doctoral candidate in the Learning Sciences program at Indiana University. He holds a BA in Psychology and Theology from Hanover College. At the age of seven he saved up all of his allowance for half a year in order to buy a Sega Genesis. That little blue hedgehog was a gateway critter for many experiences to come.
