Nisha Alex is a graduate student in Instructional Technology and Media at Teachers College, Columbia University. Her research interests include educational game design, usability, and visual design in games. Currently, she is a researcher and developer for the Lit game research group. Nisha has a bachelor’s of Engineering in Electronics and Communication and a master’s in Business Administration. She has five years of work experience as an instructional designer and project manager in the e-learning industry and has designed and created courseware (Web-based, Blended and Instructor-Led Training) for global clients in the technical, financial and medical sectors.
