Sarah Chu
Biography

Sarah Chu is a doctoral student in Curriculum and Instruction at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She is a member of PopCosmo, Constance Steinkuehler’s research team, which examines learning and literacy in virtual worlds. Influenced by her background in visual studies and her experience as an artist and digital media producer, her current research interests are centered on videogames, visual culture, and education. Prior to attending UW-Madison, Sarah worked as a learning technology consultant at Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada. She holds an MEd in educational technology from York University and an Honours BA in visual studies from the University of Toronto.
