Valerie Hainley is an Instructional Designer for Imedia.it in Houston, Texas. Prior to her position at Imedia.it, she designed web-based training for a software development company. She has an M.S. in Instructional Technology from the University of Houston—Clear Lake. Mrs. Hainley was the lead Instructional Designer on the Tactical Questioning web-based training developed for the US Army Intelligence Center and School located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona.
