REGISTRATION

Contact our invited speakers to obtain any information you are looking for, to ask any question that crosses your mind, to get a better understanding of the subjects they will discuss.
If you want to take part of the conference held between the 20th and 24th of June, 2018, register as an active participant, until the 1st of June 2018. Submit your abstract until the 5th of June 2018, wait for our confirmation e-mail after your paper will go through a plagiarism check, and you can enjoy the GLSconference experience afterwards.
The opening ceremony will be held on 20th of June, 2018, at 7 p.m. in the Ceremony Aula of our University. After the ceremony, a welcome cocktail party will be held at the Continental Hotel of Glasgow.
Paper and poster presentations will be held on 21th and 22th of May, between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. and the organizing committee and the evaluation committee will be there to support and evaluate you. You will receive a diploma at the end of the conference, as a first author. If you want to participate as a co-author, you need to register as an active participant too. The registration for any active participant is free. The poster presentation must not exceed 10 minutes, and the paper presentation must not exceed 20 minutes. You can register as an active participant with the maximum of four papers as a first author and a maximum of eight papers as a co-author. If you have registered as a first author with a paper, you can still be a co-author of another four papers.

The Conference will end with a Galla Night, on 23th of June 2018.
Paper and Poster Presentation:
Your presentation must be included in one of two domains: Surgical or Non-Surgical. After choosing the type of presentation, you must submit an abstract containing the background, the material and methods and the conclusions of your paper. The abstract must not exceed 400 words.
The poster presentation: Your poster must contain the three titles we enumerated, must be on a portrait orientation, and it must not exceed 10 minutes.
The paper presentation: You can choose between a prospective or retrospective study, but the case reports are allowed only for the poster section. You PowerPoint presentation must contain at least 20 slides and the time must not exceed 20 minutes.
Accommodation:
Need a place to stay while you attend the conference? The students dorms of our campus are waiting for you. Make sure to write a note in your registration e-mail to let us know you are choosing the fee-free staying. If the dorms are not suitable for you, the Continental Hotel offers you rooms for half of their price, only 50 euros. The payment will be made after your arrival.
