Jay Laird
Biography
Jay Laird is the founder of and lead game designer at Metaversal Studios, a Boston-based independent game production company that specializes in educational videogame design and development. He has designed games and education modules for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston College, Fidelity Investments, the Boston Symphony Orchestra, and DJ Spooky, among others. He occasionally writes movies, comics, or music when he should be sleeping. He has been teaching at Northeastern University since 2000, most recently working as assistant director of game design programs for undergraduate and graduate studies.
